Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I intend to transfer some balance that I have with Synchrony financial, but their website does n't show the account number that I need to transfer the balance I have with them, I want to do a balance transfer to this other card with much, much better rates. Their rates are very, very high by the way. Regardless, the issue is that I ca n't get my account number over the phone because the numbers are omitted from the E statement. Perhaps is that they do n't want you to transfer the balances from their cards that hold outrageous interest rates. Their response is that they are not authorized to release the account numbers over the phone, not even to the owner of the account. My account is in good standing and i 've been paying it for years without skipping a beat. I bring this to you all attention because it seems that they want you to be captive by them and their outrageous interest rates. I feel they are taking advantage by making it very difficult to do any kind of balance transfers. Please investigate this crooks. Thank you.
