I called Transunion twice now about their inquiry issue and the rep - - told me he was unable to comment on - and the inquiry issue that I needed to refresh my browser. I put a freeze on my credit because I did n't know what was going on and i called them again to report this and their Customer Service would not help and take care of the negative inquiries reporting to your credit report.
