2nd ltr to be sent - - I am writing this letter regarding an interest charge of $800.00 plus dollars, almost the same fee I am paying for my kitchen floor which was added to my existing bill which will be paid in full on -/-/-. I paid my $5000.00 plus bill from -/-/- to -/-/- off with my -/-/- payment which was $300.00. I am a - senior who is not stupid, has -, or -. I am actually quite smart and know a scam when I see one. ( Remember this is an online account not a paper account ) Do the potential and ongoing customers out there know what you are doing? Is it Wells Fargo Bank that has been cheating the customers or -? I am going to file a complaint with the Banking Commission, Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Affairs Div. Let me not forget all the agencies like the -, -, and - including - and -! I want you to know I consider this a scam tactic preying on the elderly. If you feel I owe you some interest based on a dispute of days, a few dollars would have been acceptable but if you think I am paying you close to $900.00 you are mistaken. I will be forced to hire an attorney to fight this and it will create a hardship on a senior who paid her bill in full. Again, I am so sorry I did business with - and Wells Fargo Bank. I have never had a problem with any other monthly payment plan and certainly wo n't be telling guests who did my floors and they should give them a call, as long as you are the financial bank handling the accounts. I have had several other payment arrangements through -, etc and never had a problem with any of them.
