In the month of -/-/- I reviewed my credit report from -, and found a hard inquiry from Crown Asset Management , LLC ( C.A.M. ) dated -/-/- for a purpose unknown. In response to the Inquiry made by ( C.A.M. ), I mailed Crown Asset Management , LLC ( certified mail ) a request for Validation on -/-/- and noticed they received my letter ( attached ) on -/-/-. Crown Asset Management , LLC had no permissible purpose in accessing my credit report and their action of obtaining my credit report constitutes a communication and 'collection action ' under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, ( C.A.M. ) had also failed to send me a notice of my right to dispute within 5 days of their first communication violating my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). I disputed the entry made by ( C.A.M. ) with - and received a letter from - in response to my dispute indicating that I need to contact the company that is responsible for the inquiry. Crown Asset Management , LLC also violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) in obtaining my credit report without a permissible purpose. It has been 34 days and have received no reply from Crown Asset Management , LLC.
