I 'm writing in regards to my Walmart Credit card from Synchrony Bank, On - - 2017 I had called in to Synchrony because I had noticed that my credit card payments had not been coming out of my bank account. After talking to the rep he stated that my account was closed on - - 2 days prior. My complaint is Walmart synchrony, never made an attempt to notify me in writing or by phone that my account was having issues withdrawing from my bank. They closed my account without No prior attempt to resolve this matter. I did attempt to make a payment of $180.00 earlier in the month Which did not post so then I attempted again on the - which did post but my account had already been closed and my online access had been locked out, I could only make a payment over the phone. After passing me around to multiple departments from all over the world, i finally spoke to someone who told me my account was closed and that there was nothing else to discuss. To top this off i get a letter in the mail on - - from Synchrony stating that


not EVER give me the opportunity to resolve this matter in ample time, they sent my account, after accepting my payment of $180.00 to a third party debt collector. Not only has this tarnished my credit, they crippled my ability to keep my good credit rating as a consumer. I want my account reopened the debt collection removed. I will pay the remaining balance off, and will never use your card again, but this has to be corrected. You ruined my credit, i am unable to Progress my family in today 's society to better ourselves because your policy of neglect to your customers. I feel i was WRONGFULLY, treated as a consumer, and want this resolved.
