I have had multiple issues with Universal Acceptance Corporation ( UAC ) They call and text me the day the loan comes due, calling multiple times a day even though I have told them I can not talk on the phone while I 'm at work. They refuse to talk to me via email even though that is really the only way I can communicate during week days, which I 've told them multiple times. They have emailed me just to tell me they ca n't email me however. I told them I switched jobs and needed my due dates changed to match my new pay days. They refused to do so until I sent them a copy of two pay stubs from my new job. The issue with this is that I wo n't get my pay stubs until after the pay check is received. During this time, I will be accruing interest.
help to me otherwise. Another time I was taken off of a payment plan that I had set up with them because I under paid by - cents. I was told a flat dollar amount which I paid. The neglected to tell me of the - cents. I feel as though they have been extremely abusive in the way they collect debt and that I 'm being pushed in a corner so I owe them more.
