Incorrect information on credit report Public record Hawaii

I filed a complaint with Transunion through this website and they continue to tell me that they will get back with me in 60 days. THEY HAVE NOT! They continue to say that they verified the bankruptcy that is on my credit report through - and -! In the case of - v. - the court ruled that they ca n't claim any court or government agency investigated or verified any public record, and that means they ca n't claim they verified it through a court website or -. All those court websites state they do not guarantee the accuracy of the information on the website, and no third party looking at court records is qualified to make a verification as they are not a first hand party and have no first hand knowledge. I am Demanding to know who claimed to verify and I want their name, company they work for and all their contact information as they are slandering you and liable should you take legal action against them and their vendor. Please also note that you have 30 days to complete this investigation, as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, section 623 ( a ) ( 3 ). This company does not care about the law and keeps making these errors that they are fully aware of that is an error! This will be my last complaint. I NEED TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM OR I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT AND SUE THEIR -!
