-. - - - - -, MO - - Is the company who reported hard hits on my credit. I gave no permission for this and they in fact did it again just to hurt my credit even more. I had a truck that I financed through this company back in 2006, I believe. the truck had major issues about 3 months after the sale and I even paid extra for the warranty through their own place they offered. But when time to cover something they denied it and it was plain sight that that it was completely covered, so the truck sat for 4 months and sense I had no other transportation, I lost my job and the truck was a repo. Then the threats and nasty calls began for months and even 3 years later. I tried to go into their office and work something out but was met


report. After all the nasty letters and mean voice messages I decided to let it just ride out and fall off my credit. After the seven year marker they tried to claim they had the right to keep it on there anther 7 years. After 6 months of back and forth with the credit agencies, they finally removed the loan. But then the next month I see these hard hits on my credit from them and after a few phone calls and telling me I deserve this and there 's nothing I can do about this I pretty much gave up hope. This is why I am making this report and complaint, in hope that someone can help me out with this. and get those - hard hits removed.
