I opened a basic checking and saving account with Wells Fargo. I was told I would have no fees. After several months I noticed I was being charged a $ - monthly fee from my savings. When I disputed these charges I was told I needed to make a minimum balance or minimum transactions which I was not informed of when I opened the account. They refused to refund the fees.
