Military star card complaint. Background, The military star card allows you to purchase items through AAFES exchange stores and outlets with a decently low interest around 10 %. the same card also allows you to purchase military clothing with a 0 % interest. Lets say I spend - to purchase military clothing in -/-/- and purchase - in the AAFES store. I do not want to pay interest so I pay - to the military star card. Thinking since they must apply the - to the highest interest. Well they do n't they end up applying around - to the interest side and - to the non interest side and this is my problem. - are being ripped off because of this and they should n't be.
