Unfair business from creditor. I had an Old Navy Credit Card since -. I have never looked at my balance. I just paid online every month. In -, I reviewed the statement on line and there was an item of $19.00 and $8.00 which I am sure this item was not mine. I went back to all the statements in - and -, Old Navy has been billed me the same amount every month. I have contacted Old Navy in - - but I got direct to the machine system. Then I sent a letter in -. Old Navy promised to refund me the money that they have mistaken billed me since -. Again, same item shows on my - statement but under different name. The statements of - and - showed the transaction under - but the statement of - - shows Miscellaneous Adjustment three time with the amount $19.00 and $8.00.


Old Navy have treated me unfairly. I appreciated your attention with my matter. Sincerely, - -
