Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Massachusetts

On -/-/2017, - - visited ToysRUs at - Mass ( - - -, -, MA - ), the clerk at the checkout counter coerced her into applying the - credit card regardless of her unwillingness. She is a ID Theft victim and her credit files are frozen since last year. The clerk and manager pressured her to apply, stating ( incorrectly ) that it was an internal credit review without involving credit bureaus. As a result of this application ( which was immediately declined due to credit freeze ), Her husband had - fraudulent applications with AE Outfitters and TJ Maxx with the same Synchrony Bank ( on -/-/2017 ). Both of us ( -/- ) were fraud and ID Theft Victims and ToysRUs disregarded our situation and still forced - to apply that resulted in additional fraudulent offenses with Synchrony Bank. Even though no negative financial impacts occurred due to the credit freeze of -/-. This is the most frustrating and - experiences for both of us. We demand an apology from ToysRUs as well as financial compensation for our emotional loss and -.
