Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Texas

This amount was previously removed. It was for - account with -. The equipment was returned and - kept saying the matter would be escalated and the amount removed but nothing was ever done. Now it is reported again. Just today I spoke with another agent - # - she hung up on me when she tried transfering my call. I am tired of this issue. I ca n't resolve anything with -.
