Soon after making my payment to this company, I received multiple daily calls to my landline and cellphone asking to contact them. Upon my contact, it was discovered that I was erroneously assessed a late fee on the account. The representative was neither apologetic or very willing to remove the fee and was insisting I pay three times the amount of my payment due. I advised her that I would not be paying for a late fee I did not owe nor was it in my budget to pay the amount fee she asked. Then she said that it would be able to pay $27.00 for the next month. Soon after I made this month 's payment, I started receiving calls again so I contacted them again. The late fee still had not been reversed and they were still expecting me to pay 3x the payment amount. The rep was apologetic but did nothing to speed up the reversal of the late fee. I told him that I was being harassed by the company and did not want to receive and further calls. I was able to block them on my cell phone though they still have continued to call my landline. Their customer service is non existent and their business is run unethically. I would like all late fees reversed and the balance to be correctly adjusted. In addition, would like a letter of apology for the unnecessary harassment and afterwards would appreciate their ceasing any further communications with me. I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I have received from this company despite my long time business and excellent credit history.
