Synchrony Financial Credit Card Complaint

Transaction issue

Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

I paid off my TJ- Rewards Card ( Synchrony Bank ) on -/-/- ( cleared my bank ). This is a week later and TJ- has not credited my account. They claim my payment arrived, however have been holding funds for a week.
