On Sunday -/-/2017 my attorney went to charge card $500.00 I had $570.00 deposited. See attached. Wells Fargo mysteriously decided to put a " limit, '' on what my debit card can be charged daily. This was made up on the fly and never existed before nor I had I been subjected to such ridiculous restrictions with my debit card. I do not appreciate the wrongful interference on the part of WF and their Fraud department hiding behind false claims of fraud when there was no fraudulent activity in the first place reflected on my bank account. All my charges are tracked online and there was nothing out of the ordinary and there was no need to " flag '' my account for fraud. The entire time I 've had this card I was able to charge over $500.00 a day and never had a problem with it nor has my checking account flagged for fraud. This so called fake new " limit '' ( and excuse ) placed by Wells Fargo is not for withdrawal at an ATM it is for charging my card which has funds available. I am sure Wells Fargo will provide lame excuses about how they are protecting my account when in fact that is far from the case. This was deliberate, and unacceptable. Wells Fargo is corrupted.
