I missed a phone call from First National Collection Bureau. Called them back. The lady that answered the phone proceed to start yelling at me when I told her that the debt she was trying to collect was over 10 years old. She started to cuss at me, telling me that my rights did n't matter and that she would be collecting the debt one way or another.
