I attempted to make a withdraw from a Regions ATM in the amount of $280.00 from an - - - card. I use this ATM several times a month in varying amounts without issue. Today I received an error message after submitting my withdrawal and I was not given the cash requested or a receipt. My - account was debited for $280.00 to include the fee charged. After contacting Regions about this issue, I was told they have no record of the transaction and would not be able to assist me whatsoever. Their ATMs error is costing me considerable financial strain. I needed this money to pay my car payment which will now be late and runs the risk of repossession.
