In - I went to a so called friend who has a dealership cause i was in need of a car. They used a - - - - as the car to see if i would be able to get financed.The car was not even on the lot and i never seen it. They told me they were just using it to see if it would go through that i could change cars once approved. I was approved and next day they said to come back. They had car there and I didnt want it, they said finance co.wont change to pay for 6 months and i can come back and exchange.I did and then they wanted more.I couldnt do that, i just gave they -.I was mad and upset they lied and was stuck with this car but i paid on it 2 yrs.It was way overpriced!!! - for a - car? I still owed - and i just could do it anymore so I did a volunteer repo. I notified co several times to get car.My landlord had car towed off property.I notified finance co letting them know where car was, the tow company notified them by phone and certified letters and noone came to get car. Now Im being still charged full amount plus interest and late fees. The process was suppose to be they sell car at auction and any money left is what I could be responsible for but that is not what happened. The tow company salvaged the car because finance company never came to get the car. Now I am trying to buy a home and this one thing is stopping me from my dream of home ownership for my family. Please I need help to resolve this.
