Wells Fargo Dealer Services continues to contact my family despite having been asked not to do so multiple times. This week, they contacted both of my sisters. They identified themselves as Wells Fargo and asked for a phone number to reach me. They have my phone number and my payment is not 30 days past due. In the past, when I have called representatives from the company have been also been incredibly rude and uncooperative. They also at one point billed me for insurance. Had I not noticed and complained, I would have ended up paying over $1000.00 throughout the year. I regret having secured an auto loan with this company and will refinance as soon as I can with my local credit union.
