I am - - - and on - - I made a $1500.00 deposit by - Bank check into my Bank of America checking account. I have been a BOA customer since 2009. The bank put a hold on this deposit and turned it over to the Risk department which still has not released my monies ( 8 days now ). In the meantime, I am unable to pay my utility bills, buy groceries or fill my medical prescriptions. I continue to receive contradictory statements from BOA on why my monies are being held and when they will be released. I have made numerous calls to people at BOA to understand why they would do this, and I keep receiving contradictory information. Today, I heard for the first time that a - Bank account representative told someone at BOA that my check would be returned and that the money was not available. The $1500.00 was immediately removed from my - Bank account and i do not know why anyone would make that statement. I have yet to find anyone at BOA who can tell who they spoke to at - Bank who made that statement. - - -, -
