Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
APR or interest rate Massachusetts
I have a Walmart Mastercard. My payment date is the - of the month. - I paid on the - online before -. Walmart immediately recorded the transaction in pending activity for the - making my payment late even though the - was confirmed on my payment page. I noted and corrected it in pending activity. It took me two times to stop the default. - I paid my balance in full on -/-/17 specifically using the -/-/17 date. The payment did not post in my checking account on -/-/17 so I checked my Walmart MasterCard Account because of the last month 's issue. This payment had automatically defaulted to -/-/17 in pending activity even though the -/-/17 date was confirmed by the site. I had to again go to pending activity and physically change the date now back to -/-/17 a day later than my original payment. Walmart is ripping consumers off through interest fraud. Payment dates are confirmed on the payment page. However on the payment pending page the payment defaults to the consumer 's due date. Payments made on the due date are applied a day later in pending activity so a late fee can be applied. Walmart is intentionally changing payment dates to benefit themselves. Buyer Beware! Take Notice!
