I called the finance company to explain what happened and was told that I was not their customer and that there is nothing they can do. So basically they were informed that they are financing a car that was not paid off by the dealership whom they bought the car from and are failing to release the lien and return the vehicle to me so I can pay the initial lienholder which is - - -.
