Auto Loan fraudulently opened at - - - in -, Fl. for the financing of a - 2011 vehicle with Flagship Credit Acceptance. The finance company ( 7 months ) ( Flagship Credit Acceptance ) did not and does not have the proper documents- title, etc to provide to DMV in order to grant a permanent registration/tag for the vehicle. However they were still taking payments of - per month for 3 months and are reporting the loan as open and late with missed payments on my credit report. Per court order the Department of Motor Vehicles issued the title in my name and the title specifically states 1st lienholder =none. The title is not electronic- it is paper.
