Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

Wells Fargo dealer services repossessed my travel trailer. This was a voluntary repossession on my part. I became permanently -. I am - % service connected - and receive -, I could no longer afford the payments. After repossession however under - state law I was suppose to receive notice of sale in writing, which I was never provided. Wells Fargo Dealer Services has been unable or unwilling to provide proof of notice. This is a violation of law, therefore Wells Fargo must cease all credit reporting of this account on my credit reports, it must be deleted.
