Incorrect information on credit report Account status Florida

I changed - in - 2013 from - and to do this I owed a balance of $300.00. This same day I went down there and paid the balance. I had been in a continued argument with the office manager -. Apparently to get even she sent this bill off to collections when it was n't even past due nor late. I paid it the same day! I will include proof! I have been fighting for over 4 years to get this off my credit report that they have reported it to. Not only that the collection agency they sent it to is still reporting it as bad credit.
