Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts North Carolina

I have never requested a fraud alert and made several attempts in attempting to get the fraud alert removed. I wrote one credit bureau about a balance discrepancy and the next thing I knew I got a letter that one credit bureau would take it upon them selves and notify the other - national credit bureaus about a fraud alert to be placed on my credit reports I then wrote in with all my personal information and the only response I can get is the fraud alert has been extended. I did not request any fraud alert and now I have been discriminated against over an active credit card account with no card because the card is worn out.My privacy rights were violated and discriminated against when I was denied a new card over a fraud alert that I never requested. If someone thought that I had requested a fraud alert then the credit bureau should have contacted me in writing the consumer to confirm that I had requested a fraud alert, next how do they get a fraud alert out of a balance discrepancy, and last nobody got my permission about placing any fraud alert on my credit reports. My privacy has been invaded and I do n't know what to do to be compensated but I again contacted the bank that wont give me a new card and they still claim that the fraud alert has to be removed from file before the card can be issued so also that is called discrimination. what is the verification process for if they are going to deny me over a fraud alert.
