on -/-/- My now deceased wife and myself secured a loan for a camper. The loan amount was for $24000.00. The court document I received on -/-/- states that my monthly payments are $260.00. The court document I received on -/-/- states my payments were $280.00. The first point I bring up is how am I suppose to trust their math when the numbers are different. This would be a big discrepancy on the amount I supposedly owe. I also bring up another problem in which comes in the form of letters right from -. I have statements in which it states I owe a balance of $8000.00. This is before the camper was sold by - for the amount of $5500.00. Their is also a letter from - stating they charged off an amount of $7500.00, and then another $3800.00. The total amount charged off is $11000.00. I have a credit report statement in which it reflects a charge off for $8000.00. None of these numbers match. Should a credit report show all charge offs? This is another big discrepancy. The main complaint is the fact that one of their - ( collection Agent ) by the name of - continued to call me personally. During these phone calls - was threatening and very loud and argumentative. - would also use profanities during these calls. I have a witness to this as well as detailed phone records with his number for the time frame of harassment. - is being fraudulent in reporting the accurate numbers. I also noticed - is no longer assigned to my case. I had brought this to the attention of the Bank. I have attached documents in which proves all information in which I filed today.
