Barclays PLC Credit card department,

Balance transfer Texas

I presently have a credit card from Barclaycard and was originally promised if I transfer credit from another card to this one, it would be paid off in a timely manner but they keep raising the interest rate on me. They are charging me an interest rate of - percent. Is this an unfair amount?
