Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
On -/-/2016, I alerted the Old Navy Visa Credit Card as to a fraudulent charge to the credit card account. Specifically, on -/-/2016, a purchase in the amount of $200.00 to - - was charged to my account. The Bank 's representatives informed me that the fraudulent charge would be placed on hold and that an investigation would be made. After months of investigation I was informed that the Bank ".. did not find any unauthorized purchases applied to the account. If we contacted you to confirm attempted unauthorized purchases, it may be those purchases were rejected and were not charged to the account. At this time, we have concluded the fraud investigation and consider the matter closed. ''
