I have paid this account by phone for - years without incident. However, the payment made by phone on -/-/2017 was not posted to my account. I called on -/-/2017 to make another payment, and was told my account was delinquent. I have tried diligently to get this straightened out with Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo 's system shows the payment was called in on the -/-/- but not posted to the account until the -/-/-. This is some type of system error. On -/-/-, I spoke with several different representatives. -/-/- - at - stated that an electronic correction had been sent to - , -, and -. After numerous calls to try and get the issue resolved, - in the - Office claimed that she researched the problem, and that although the payment was submitted to Wells Fargo on -/-/-, the system showed that the payment would not post until -/-/- This is some type of error. I have never post dated a payment, and was absolutely SHOCKED to find out the payment had not posted on -/-/-, when I called on -/-/- to make another payment. I am a Mortgage -, and am very diligent in keeping all of my accounts paid on time. The reporting of this late payment has prevented me from getting a mortgage license in the - of -. I have pleaded with Wells Fargo to correct this error. I get a run around from - person to the next, with a different story from each person I speak with. PLEASE help me get this - day late payment removed from my credit report. I paid the account ON TIME.
