Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Wisconsin
My car was repossessed this morning! It was a shock because I never receive any notification, not by telephone call, not a single mail, just nothing out of the blue. We have been faithful in our payments, never missing any. We have set up an automatic monthly payment. I called the car loan and they said I am 90 days overdue. I suspect this may be due to a bank merger, my bank changed to a new bank. That is where automatic monthly may mess up. But what I am furious about that there zero communique at all! When I called the bank, I found out that they had my old address and telephone number on the record. I called them two years ago to update my new address and telephone number. They have been deducting my payments without any problem since I updated my address & telephone.
