I went into the branch to order checks for recently new account because my account had been compromised. Someone had taken - illegally from my account. The banker actually opened addition savings account which I was not aware of, he never asked me at all. I received a another bank card in the mail. I already had a savings account Ways To Save, no monthly charge. Now I am being charged $5.00 monthly fee which is eating up my balance for no reason. I contacted the customer service department and they apologized about it said they would close it but I 'm currently being charged. When I first opened my Wells Fargo account 12yrs ago, I received - new accounts. The banker opened a second account in my name. I took the information to the bank they closed the account and gave me free checks. Wells Fargo scammed me during the time I had already been scammed. I want my money back from charges from accounts the illegally opened in my name.
