Incorrect information on credit report Account status Illinois

The bill was paid to a different collection company. We have spoke to ic systems and provided proof of payment of the bill and they still will not remove it from my credit report. They still request payment even after - - - stating that there is no bill due. I spoke to - to verify no bill was due and indeed no bill is due and they told me to tell I C System to prove the bill is due or remove it from my credit report and they refused.
