Citibank Credit card department,
During the summer of 2014 I entered in to a payment agreement with Citi for the resolution of my Sears credit card. I set up an automatic payment of $74.00 a month, and they locked my interest rate at 9.9 %, and closed the card to new charges. My $74.00 payment has never been late, but Citi has been reporting my account as late for the last 30 months.
