I have been disputing this information since - and I have asked for debt validation information. I have not received anything validating this debt. It has been past the 45 days since the dispute has been sent to the credit bureaus asking for validation. It has come back each time as verified by the collection agency without any validation sent to me. I have also sent a - violation notification in - 2016 to this company. I need forms showing where I signed for these account. Also my - rights have been violated once any medical information has been shared with any 3rd party agency.
