I went into the - - at the - - on Thursday - - and made a $150.00 check payment. I signed the electronic check agreement and received my voided check and receipt. I attempted to use the card to make a purchase. It was denied. I called customer service and was told that it took - to 48 hours for payment to clear. I knew this was not true as I am an associate at the store and people do this all the time. ( The $150.00 check cleared my bank account Friday morning. ) I was told to call back Friday. I called back Friday and now was told it would clear Saturday and if not to call back and they " could help me ''. I explained to the csr that I needed the items for presents for Saturday. I called Saturday morning and it went down hill from there. The ending of the story is that they are holding my $150.00 deposit for 18 days because I made - payments in a billing cycle. I have never heard of this before. So now I am out the $150.00 for the check and $150.00 not credited to my account. I have NEVER heard of this before.
