Hello, My name is - - and I am writing in regards to my Barclays Rewards MasterCard. I had hoped to secure a Credit Line increase on the card account without a Hard Inquiry/pull on my Credit Report, since they last for 2 years. And it 's frustrating that this can not be done. I am always advised when I call in, that if I do not want this done, I would have my account randomly reviewed at some time - when no one knows. But this continues to be the case. I have had this account for well over one year, and it still has not been provided with an auto increase. Even though there is documentation online that states an auto incerase will happen within 12 months. I 'm still waiting.


I only have $1000.00 in available credit, so if I even attempt to charge how I 'd like to charge, my utilization on this card will shoot well over 50 %, and that wo n't be good on my record, causing my - to drop - hard. So, I 've been relagated to charging only $ - a month in order to remain compliant. But it appears Barclays does n't value my relationship with them to even offer any type of line increase. I honestly like the card, but I 'm afriad to use it like I want to because I have a low limit. Please let me know when my account will qualify for an automatic increase, since it has been active in good standing for well over one year.
