Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
My payment was sent on -/-/2016 the payment was sent with tracking. The tracking number is - and confirms the payment was received by Synchrony on -/-/2016 at -. The check was drawn from our title company under check # - is in the amount of - that should have paid the card in full. Synchrony has taken the stance that they ca n't find it and it 's my problem and not theirs even though I have provided them with the tracking and check information.
