Citibank Credit card department,
i have a credit card account with citi bank since -/-/2002. I have been making payments every month and recieve statements every month. For the past four plus years i have been locked out of my account and citibank refuses to issue a replacement card, unlock my account or grant me access to my account online. i have made many calls and have been told my account has been closed. i informed them that my account is not closed and i have been making payments and receiving statements with available credit amounts and never canceled my account. Each time i call they confirm my address and tell me a letter will be sent to my address to correct the issue. and a replacement card issued. i currently have a credit on my account and i am unable to modify payments due to my separate citibank being unlinked by citibank and i can not view or modify those transactions. I want my accounts linked up and a new card issued.
