Amex Credit card department,
I am submitting a letter I prepared for my - counsel plan, but then professionally put to letterhead by them and forwarded in my behalf ... ... ..It is presented as I fully expressed to the lawyers ..They sent an initial letter -/-/- ; and then after no response, the same letter subsequently was resent by Certiied mail on -/-/2016. Both attempts have resulted in no responses or acknowledgement. The address for American Express Company, New York, was given to me by a representative of my Delta American Express Credit Card company when I originally sought information on how to register my complaint of its unfair consumer presentation and dellivery. Hopefully, an outreach effort by your organization will assist me in receiving what is fair and due me by virture of good and honest business ethics.
