I had an - done and I was under - help in the state of NJ. - hospital in NJ. The hospital knew that I was unemployed at the time because of my - - having gone through - different - in under 1.5 years. And yet they sent me to a - who was outside of the - network who of course billed me after the procedure was complete. The Hospital knew that the procedure was imperitive and yet they chose to send to a doctor who was outside of their network. Though I had asked them repeatedly about sending to a doctor inside of their network so I 'd be protected under the state - program and insurance. Now i have an outstanding debt on my collections for the amount of about $ $1700.00 and it is affecting my credit ratings.
