Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Colorado

I just received a call from -, a man named - - who informed me that I would get legal action put against me from a US Bank credit card account from -. The statute of limitations is not only up on this account, but I paid it in full through a collection agency called - - in - which has now closed, but record has me paying off my account. The File number is -. I have a letter saying I have paid that account in full. This is also shown as paid in full on my credit report. Please folllow-up with me on this issue. Thank you!
