After numerous requests and disputes to the - major credit reporting bureaus, Synchrony Bank/Care Credit refuses to provide me with an application bearing my signature requesting an extension of credit from them. Synchrony Bank/Care Credit can not and will not verify that I myself opened and used this account. I request that if my person can not be verified and validated, the charge card account and its reporting status has to be removed from all - major credit reporting agencies : -, -, and -.
