I spoke to - from ARS requested I fax copy of benefits from - for - to - called - ( spoke to - ref # - -/-/-/- - indicated did n't owe it was covered under the urgent care copay. Called ARS gave marys contact info. Also did a - way. ARS said they would Look into it. Never updated me and never called be back to let me know a status update. name company never resolved issue.
