I receive a loan of - plus interest for a vehicle - who value are only - to - trough a dealer ship who work and know the financial corporation as Lobel Finance Corporation. I pay always my bill even sometime for circumstance reason I pay late with a late fee that they charge me. After 3 months they start to created always problem either for my insurance saying that they need prove of my insurance when I already submit it or telling me if I do not send it they will charge me - dollars more. While I am already paying more for a vehicle who does not value that loan. I am sure that the loan company even the dealers know it.
that I did fully pay the value actual vehicle price. -/-/- I had a balance of - but in their records they said - Plus -/-/- I had to pay who is - as the contract had set but many time I pay - instead of -. When I make some research I found that many customers complaint and sue this Financial corporation so I submit my complaint as well in the list of other complaint customers. Sometime I receive agressif mail call or mail from their employee telling me if I do not pay my bill now they will prosecute me. I directly complaint to them and they stop it. I do not receive my statement with my payment history and lbalance left due and you can not pay online in their website but only over the phone : they charge you - dolalars more so you had to use -, - who also charge you a fee! As today I pay - plus - dollars fee while I did told them that I will be at their office to make payment and we agree with their representative over the phone that they will wait for me at the branch in - but as surprised they towed my vehicle without notice today morning while they know I will be at their office? Saying my account is 53 days past due! I had very important documents to deliver as my - for my work in my vehicle and important items to ship. - for -/-/- with the - ( as in their statement ) is - If I could pay it today why then town my vehicle before I go to their office without calling me today? Their representative stated that they only need - from me to keep my account current but I told him is fine either way I will be at their office today. Now they are telling me that I had to go to their redemption process to pay more and pay even the storage where the vehicle was towed and go their to see my option. Those it make any sens! And since years they are are saying that we could be paying online in their website but it still not happen. It is different when someone can not pay or refuse to pay with someone who agree to pay even I know that I paying too much for a vehicle who even do not had that value. I need help! Because it seem I am not the only one since as I said I saw that many customers in other states complaint for the same company.
