Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine California

there was a bank account open in my name at - - -, that is now close due to fraudulent activity and now i ca n't open any type of bank account because of this. my identity was stolen when i lost my wallet and phone a couple months prior to this. when you call the social sercurity place to report a lost social all they do is give you a replacement but ca n't tell you if things have been open with your information.
