Creditor is attempting to collect a debt that is not owed. The agency states $4900.00 is owed for a workers compensation policy renewal to - -. A cancellation of this policy was requested several weeks prior to the renewal date. No renewal should have been issued. No bill was ever sent to us. No attempts to contact have been made, until now. This is not a debt that is owed.
