Ive contacted this company NUMEROUS times over the past several months as well as - recently as of -/-/- with no response or resolution still and it 's almost a year now to dispute this account. Ive requested for them to send me SIGNATURE verification that I signed for this proclaimed debt on NUMEROUS times. I did finally receive paperwork bearing back in -/-/- signature HOWEVER as FTC laws state Your company AGAIN did not furnish the credit bureaus with the required disclosure, within the period required by law. You are required by federal law to place a " notice of dispute '' on my account within 30 days of my Upon further investigation, I have retained new copies of my credit reports, and noticed that you did not furnish the credit bureaus with the required disclosure, within the period required by law. therefore this has to be deleted. I have AGAIN pulled my credit report for the month of -/-/- and the debt has STILL not been updated. This is the second time in almost a year I 've requested this to be corrected with the SAME result.
