My mom passed away -/-/2016. - turned her over for collection. The first collection agency closed their file. She died with no funds. The second agency - turned over the account to let a certified letter sit for - week at the post office, therefore, allowing the - day dispute time to elapse. I sent this company the death certificate in the letter. The day they finally claimed the letter, they sent another general collection notice out. The usps tracking number is -
